Best mount I've ever purchased. I've had this for over 2yrs and going strong. Very strong and reliable.

My daughter both this Universal Car Phone mount a few years back when she started driving. She uses it to hold her phone to help her with Google maps.This is very useful and reliable.Easy to install and very easy to use even if you are not a very mechanical person.You have options to mount it on the windshield or the dashboard with the sticky suction cup. It also comes wit a clip to mount it even on the air vent.I like it so much that I asked my daughter to give me the Amazon link so I can buy one for my own car.I hope this helps.

2nd of these that I've bought. No issues ever with the stick. As long as I stick it and leave it and don't constantly move it from car to car, it will stay forever. HOWEVER, the only thing I really don't like on it is the mechanics of the grip on the phone cradle degrade. The first one i had went fast. 6 months. Thought it was because I was in a jeep, dust, heat. Etc. This last one lasted a bit longer, I didn't use it as heavily though thinking I needed to be a little gentler. Alas, it's time to buy a new one. But, if they last a couple of years I guess that's not too shabby. Would love to see an option to just replace the cradle since that seems to be the failure point for me.

Purchased this June 2023. This holder has worked well for me for over 2.5 years. The suction has held in my Tucson, never coming loose even through 110° days and 30° nights.(Back here in Jan 2026 to “add to cart” if I’m unable to glue the foam cushion that fell off today back in place.)

Considering the fact that there is simply no perfect item in this category, this one is almost perfect. It is designed well, sticks securely to the glass shield, is comfortable to use with one hand, and survives Florida's hell temperatures without falling down. Why do I say "almost perfect"? I've been using this holder for more than a year with no problems; however, my husband, who takes the phone in and out of the holder 6-10 times a day, needs to replace it in about 8-10 months because the phone-holding part stops working well. Again, considering the affordability and overall great performance, I think it is an acceptable deal.
